If your new device is the same platform as your old device:

Subscriptions are tied to the account that made them. So please locate the account ID that is tied to that subscription, then make sure you are logged into the account ID on the device in question. Once that is done, please follow these steps:

 

  • Delete the app if already installed on the new device
  • Sign out and back into the account ID that made the original purchase (very important step)
  • Download and Launch the app as new
  • Enter the in-app Settings
  • Tap on Restore Subscription/Purchases

 

If your new device is NOT the same platform as your old device:

Unfortunately, purchases made from different platforms, such as Apple, Amazon and Google Play Store, cannot be transferred. They are all separate marketplaces and do not share in-app purchases.
