Consumables are a one-time purchase and are not eligible to be restored via the in-app "Restore Purchases" functionality. If iCloud is connected to your account, however, it will allow the application to save your consumables and progress in-game. This will allow consumables and progress to be recovered if an app is installed on any device using the same account that is connected to iCloud.
